In my minds eye, when they return back to when he's talking with his psychologist, that he's talking from inside her stomach.
Darn shame though, that he wasn't inside the stomach at the start of the him talking to his psychologist, so it doesn't quite fit. But... doesn't hurt to imagine it XD
