Great design, but I think the specular highlights are to diffuse for glossy latex.
Typically latex is fairly reflective, to the point that you can see the shape of lights on the garment in a photo shoot. This comes off to me as a bit more plastic, like synthetic leather without the texture.

Latex is always a bitch to draw.
Use multiple points of light, particularly a lower point blue light, it makes it magically work :u
