Simple. The top panel does a presentation of the characters (one against the other), the bottom panel shows the meaning of the work: Dolphin woman (my char) was defeated.

Yes. Well, I've thought it'd be easy to recognize it since it's the only enemy in that stage with a rotor as tail end, a green palette and a drill, but as is not visible that's why I put its onomatopoeia (I actually have had to google it -_-u then rizzz appeared).
