It is customary for Kobolds to provide services to dragons - from feeding them, to keeping their claws filed and scales polished, as well as general worshipping. Rojas may resemble a man more than a dragon, but he still gets the treatment he expects from the smaller reptilian folk.
Had this on the backburner for a while and finally finished it up ;v;
My big boy getting pampered by 'bolds.
Also, no, he doesn't plan on eating them. They're more valuable to him alive and serving him than being food. XD

Probably not - he isn't too fond of how kobolds taste.
