One of Ciara's duties is taking care of guests, especially those who don't take Queen Nyara seriously.

This Messenger came with demands from his King to put the Anima kingdom in line. Fortunately he was lead to a guest room by the Queens headmaid and offered some of the Queen's 'hospitality'.
Ciara enjoyed herself with the poor guest, though sadly he wont be able to send Queen Nyara's reply himself, the Queen will probably have to go herself and give a proper answer.
