Being in charge of a business can be tough sometimes. The toughest part of it is the eventual layoffs that you gotta give... Not for her though, she lays off people even when it isn't necessary. How does this business still is up and running, is anyone's guess.

nice perspective and shading on the skin, love the way you draw the rolls lol.
I'm not entirely sure though, but the chair seems like its radically off kilter (I figure that's the point, but it almost seems parallel to the floor).The rug too. good shit otherwise.
