So, there's a fun little trick you can do with this kind of paradox vore. Also works with voodoo dolls. If you stretch out the stomach of one occupant enough, it will start pushing on the stomach of the other, causing an infinite chain reaction. Effectively it just gets bigger forever or something tears.

Oh also I think you can escape this kind of paradox by turning yourself inside out? I might be thinking of something else though.
