Basically a Rouge version of what I did with Knuckles. Rouge, having taken the Master Emerald and began consuming the others and taking their emeralds and slowly becoming the new God of mobius.
Thought the green horns would be a nice touch.

agreed, the green horns are a nice touch. green is a very nice colour
