Hehehe, I'd say it looks quite good! I like the fact that she has to really lift her belly because of how heavy it is right now. The poking bulges on the inside are a nice touch as usual, the little sweat shoeing just how draining and difficult it can be is nice, and the shading + shadow effects are great. I think Pearl succeded in proving the point that she can indeed hold a whole Inkling that may be even bigger than herself, and she got such a cute blush too! Must be so cramped in there...
