Since this is a flashback, its safe to say she makes it out alive. The real question isn't if, but how.

That's what I meant.
Does she fight her way out of her captors belly, or escape from the jaws of death at the last second.

Part of me almost wonders if she's changing the story a little from how it actually happened to tease Amon a little.
Would make for an amusing twist where the scene plays out her getting digested when everyone expects her to be fine, only for it to snap back to Amon calling her out on it.
