It generally only knows the hunting is over after fading from the rush of the first strike. Time lulls and passes slowly now as it feeds. It slips a solid few inches down its gullet before pausing and resting for nearly a minute at a time as its body slowly stretches to accommodate its newest fill.

This is one of my favorite parts of vore, often so hard to capture in a drawing. When the struggle is over and the prey has no choice but to let it happen. The slow, laborious gulps as the pred works themselves over their meal. Love it <3
