Nah, she gets diluted if she falls in too much water and essentially dies.
She did briefly turn into a kaiju when a load of fertilizer/illegally-dumped chemicals got into her though.

Papi's face is what truly makes it hilarious for me. Suu's expression is super cute though, I admit and I love this whole idea
