Aqua has been a pain in Wiz's ass for a long time. But now Wiz found the opportunity to deal with her, and she seems to has tricked Darkness in getting involved. Probably telling her that feeling someone struggling inside of her stomach would be painful.

If Aqua was using “purify” inside of Darkness’s stomach she wouldn’t be in two much danger as she could leave the gut juices purified of anything harmful and change any mixture of gasses in there into something breathable.
Of course Kazuma has to get her out of there. Unless she gets to go on a “Fantastic Voyage”/Tour of the Human Digestive/Gastric System.
