David's girlfriend Ellana had a birthday coming up and he had the perfect idea. He was going to order a hollow cake and hide inside ready to pop out and wish her a happy birthday. Maybe he would even give her a sexy dance as he sang the happy birthday song to the skunk. Plus being a rabbit he wouldn't even have to order such a large cake for the event.
On the morning of her birthday he left her a text saying he left early for work, but that he left her a surprise in the kitchen. When he heard her bedroom door open David quickly lit the candles and gently lowered the top layer of the cake over the hole he was in, ready to pop out as she entered the doorway of the kitchen.
Ellana checked her phone as she got up, after reading the text from David she eagerly got up and headed downstairs to see her gift. Peeking into the kitchen she saw it, a large three layer cake with chocolate icing and 2 lit candles number candles that spelled 25. The skunk was grinning from ear to ear at the sight of it, but one thing bothered her. The candles weren't as melted as she thought they would be, maybe she just missed David as he left for work? Shrugging to her self Ellana decided to just blow out the candles before too much wax got on the cake. Standing over the cake on the counter she noticed the cute message scrolled on the top saying "Happy birthday Honey -from your bunny :)"
"That's adorable" she thought. Ready to blow out the candles he leaned over the cake and took a deep breath. Then it happened, the cake popped open in a splash of icing. "Happy BirMMMFF!!!" was all she heard as the being inside the cake lodged itself halfway down her throat. The shock caused her to immediately gulp on reflex, sending the lump down into her empty belly. Ellana just stood there in confusion till the lump in her belly screamed and writhed in her. It was muffled but she recognized the voice as David's. It seems the cake around him was good enough sound-proofing for the rabbit to miss his cue and pop out at the worst moment for him.
Making the easiest decision of her life the skunk patted her belly and headed upstairs to enjoy her birthday bunny breakfast in bed. It may have been an accident but it was her birthday, she shouldn't have to make herself sick over his mistake. Settling onto her bed, Ellana rubbed and squeezed her gut as David squirmed and screamed within.
She figured it was about time to let him know what was going on "Sorry, Honey... you feel too good in there for me to want to let you out..." David didn't seem to like the situation and screamed out an "MMNMF!!" The skunk continued "Maybe my next boyfriend won't try the 'hiding-in-the-cake' routine..."
David then started kicking her stomach walls, those powerful legs pounding her belly, desperate for an escape that would never come, at least not while he was alive.
She always loved a fighter, the rabbit might not have known but he had gotten the predatory skunk the perfect gift for her birthday. Ellana would spend the rest of her birthday lounging on her bed slowly digesting the rabbit in bliss, he wouldn't be the first boyfriend the "dumped" this way, and he definitely wouldn't be the last.

An absolutely stunning piece I got from scottc I've been a huge fan and wanted a piece from them since before I even had characters so this is one I'm happy to cross off the bucket list XD
