Well... Sound design is perfect. POV screams are very rare actually, but you really done this good!
Burps\farts done pretty neat too (even if i not into this, you did a good smoke simulation there!)
Movements are great, and you also did finally a internal! It look just great - wet, dark cave of digestion. Love it.
But... You really DONT must use "sharpen" effect, it hurt eyes so much.
which softvare you used? If it a blender, i probably can give you a some help if need.=)

Score another home run! I think my only critique is if it's 1st Person we should see the victim's arms flailing a bit.
Also, an ending show in the 3rd person whilst they are in the tummy would sell this!
