It looks like Mizo has gone around consuming a bunch of no gooders as usual, but it looks like you've run into him as his belly works on digesting his prey with it's muscles.
Mizo can tell your into it, so why don't you help him digest his meals faster by massaging his belly from the inside? I'm sure he'll let you out!
