Just Sarah after a big meal. Did she ate a bunch of muggers? Maybe she overdid it at the park again. Or maybe the dinner at the local restaurant wasn't enough and she had to eat the waiters as well?

I prefer more chunky female preds, but Sarah looks great with a stomach full of my enemies (that's the prey I'm going with). Also, that burp is nice.
