It's a chained up Wo-Class Aircraft Carrier from Kantai Collection being forcefed by Battleship Princess, also from KanColle, with lots of pregnant prey. Now that Wo's stomach and womb are both stuffed to the brim, BB-hime's having a lot of fun teasing Wo-class while her gigantic pregprey tum steadily grows even larger. Despite being already hella massive, Wo-class' amazing carrying capacity and her strong childbearing hips always let her fit more girls inside her and BB-hime knows about that very well.
