The pack is now free and publically available, we only ask that you do not repost the content or post the content within to sites like derpi, until it is posted by the original artist. What seems to be the issue? is it your connection timing out?

Yeah, every other art pack worked on mobile but this one messed with it. Did a workaround using Dropbox and I have it now.

Hmm, bit odd, normally the issue is someone's payment provider umming and arring the transaction. I am glad it worked out fine though, if it hadn't i would have just asked for your transaction info, and i would have given you more download attempts :)
