For the request, since her nendoroid figure was just revealed, i'd suggest justice from helltaker having eaten up the runner ups, cerberus and modeus. could joke about them having to change the design of the figure up with that extra weight.

For request:
Ritsuka(it could be Gudako or gudao) got hurt on one fight in middle of a pretty dangerous singularity without any way to take a break, Mash seeing the state of her senpai is forced to vore Ritsuka to keep her/him safe on her stomach(keeping her servant outfit but removing some armored parts), but as the singularity is full of enemies our favorite eggplant have to fight constantly which increases the activity of her stomach making her digest unwillingly her senpai, she doesn't know until the singularity is finished and notices her assets have grown a bit, her stomach become soft and also the command seals got transferred to her.
by noticing this, she gets overwhelmed by grief because she killed her beloved senpai and swears that she would defend humanity as her senpai would.

With me now having a new aryion account I believe I'll take the chance to finally give this idea to you. As the person who simps for Fate/EXTRA stuff the most out of all the Fate/ series (besides Last Encore...) I shall attempt to gain one more piece of art of pred Female Hakuno Kishinami.

The specific idea however? Due to BB crushing hard on her one true senpai, her princess among the stars, she's in the dilemma of thinking "Do I devour senpai? Or do I allow senpai to devour me?" kind of like the "Does she love me? Does she not love me?" game and she eventually lands on "Allow senpai to devour me" and cut to BB force-feeding herself to Female Hakuno who will enjoy the taste of her kouhai... but also be extremely confused at the same time. Blissful confusion!~ Though she'll definitely be appreciating the gains to her bust and ass size she's given her for Nero and Tamamo to enjoy feeling up!

Albeit this idea could also go the other way around and I do have details for that in mind but you seem to be asking one per person so perhaps another time I shall relay that one upon you (albeit I'd gladly pay to get either of these done if my idea doesn't get chosen... might as well test fate to see if the odds are in my favor though! Otherwise time to wait till your commissions are open again).
