She's technically a Goddess, so she can be whatever size she wants. She can shrink down to a tiny, the average size of a human, or even the other giantesses inside Nina. She does have a limit to how big she can get so at her best she can be about the same size as Nina. And in this scenario she's the same size as Nina.
