The cycle is uncountable eons old. Create a realm, let life develop, whisper delectable corruption into its mortals’ hearts and souls, let them swell in numbers and stew in the foul blackness of their hatred and fears. Then, after millions, even billions of years, just as their souls are positively oozing with darkness, the harvest begins.
Only when their souls are torn en mass from their meagre mortal forms to be tortured and feasted upon do they realise their entire civilisation has been a game; to the immortal demonic goddess, extinction is little more than a pastime.
Millenia of manipulation and corruption, nothing more than an idle hobby.

She also collects 40K. Her main army is Necrons. She collects Chaos Marines too (she paints half as Emperor’s Children and the other as Alpha Legion), but she’s getting pretty impatient waiting for their new codex. She’s heard it’s coming out this year and so will the new Tyranids and Guard, which are the other armies she collects, and she’s interested in the rumours of a renegade guard codex as well. It’s wild that of all her armies, only the Necrons have actually gotten their 9th ed codex yet. She went 50/50 with a friend on the new box set to get the Chaos Marine half but she thinks the datasheets must still be using the 8th ed stats because the marines still only have one wound.
What were we talking about?
Oh yeah she’s evil and stuff.
As you can tell I didn't want to draw an entire city street so I just grabbed a shot from street view, set it to monotone, the layer to multiply and then coloured it in. Looks like a shot from the 70's Lord of the Rings movie and it... kind of works? I like it.
