After all this time of being summoned as and eaten with sweets, it's about time Taffy appears as something entirely different - so here she is on a slice of pizza, sardine flavoured! So, no more of these candies and desserts; next, we'll have a liver & onions Taffy, then perhaps egg salad Taffy, then pickled brussel sprout Taffy, and...
Alright, alright, this is of course my late April Fool's Day picture for this year (the 1st is always a really busy day), and since Taffy usually gets at least one pic for each holiday, she might as well have this one! Though Taffy herself is not so pleased with it, as she definitely prefers candy and other sweets - not sour or savoury stuff! She's still willing, of course - in the end, she's getting eaten!
For the record, I have nothing against sardines; I don't like them in particular, and wouldn't buy any for myself, but I've had quite a few in years past. Mostly lemon flavoured. It's kind of interesting crunching on the entire body of a creature at once, feeling its bones and tissue shattering and tearing in your mouth. There really isn't much else like it.
We should be seeing Taffy again within the next few weeks, as Easter approaches. She has lots of holiday treats to get eaten with then!

All the uproar about pineapple, and the cretins putting fish on pizza never face justice.

I definitely agree, when it comes to pizza. Pineapple is bad enough, feels like putting ketchup on a banana split!
But sardines? That taste and texture mixed with dough and mozzarella sounds just WRONG.

I feel like Taffy's holidays should be Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween and Christmas. Since sweets seem to be involved in all of those days. She probably shares Halloween and Christmas with Juniper cause the sun is away during these holidays.

She'll definitely get pics for all the holidays involving foods and candies (so, most of 'em), but I'll take any lesser "holiday" or seasonal tradition as an excuse to draw Taffy with some related treat. I want to see just how many of these I end up making!

Oh, and Juniper's actual relationship to Taffy will be revealed in an epilogue to a long comic coming later, that reveal what Taffy really is (really just a funny extra ending).

Well May the Fourth, Star Wars Day is a fun one you could do art for. In August there's International Beer Day (Taffy swetening up a beer perhaps?) Christmas in August perhaps have a character visiting Yellowstone where it occurs? Cinnamon Roll Day in September and World food day in October

Yeah, there's quite a few little holidays I could have her with - if there's an associated food that makes sense. We'll see whatever inspires more poses with her in the future!

A sardine flavored Taffy on a pepperoni and sardine pizza? I'll have to pass, however a ham and cheese pizza flavored Taffy with a garlic butter dipping sauce might not be too bad......

Yeah, definitely not - figured this would work well for her joke picture, even Taffy's not impressed!
Though a meat & cheese Taffy could have plenty of implications, she prefers the desserts and candies. Too bad, cause meat Taffys would be great for a BBQ!
