Self-explanatory, it's Sakura feeling full of herself (heh) after having a hefty meal. Maybe she decided to finally give Shinji what he deserves after so long? Or maybe that's Shirou stewing in his own cooking? Perhaps she took out Rin to better her chances with Shirou? I like leaving these up to interpretation, so go wild.
