I know which story you're talking about.
The story was called Accidental Pool Unbirth, and it was made by an author on DeviantArt, but when DeviantArt upgraded its systems, the author left and deleted all their work, but what you wrote in the description should be more then enough.

It's an amazing recap on the story, and with more details and what's going on, it's more of an interesting read then the original. Great job.

Crap... I don’t think I have it..could have sworn I did. I remember reading it too! The part where she went to the pools gate. That’s the one thing I remember of the story. Hmm... I do have some other stuff saved... I don’t remember where it’s from.
I got a story and two girls... Ash and Gel. Ub happens on a beach by accident. And there’s another one about a slip and slid

I believe I would have done only two things different. I would have not done regression, and I would have made it more like Ub was a much more rare event. ^^ I like the freak out aspect. Like..
