Always had this fascination with Lamia, who was cursed by Hera and blessed by Zeus with her snakeish capabilities (including devourment) aswell as snake-women in general.

This one is part of a series of paintings where Lamia swallows you and turns you into nutrients.
Right now you encounter her, hanging on a tree, awaiting a breakfast to walk nearby...
