technically, they are near bisexual, but virgin girls crave for eating a boyfriend first.
in boys case, they tend to put friendship before love.
males can grow up only so far as big as females can swallow them. (of course, it's not earth people standards.)
therefore, they would have broadly a similar size.

i had questions, since i started getting into your world. First of all in term of anatology, you mentionned that they are kinda bisexual, but they still need to be two parteners to make the new generation. So does the boyfriend and the baby get separated inside the womb (because we know that they stay in basicly the rest of their life with some execptions).
Second, in your dystopia i guess, would it still be possible that some men live long and indepenedent, even to the point of getting "powerful jobs" like co-minister of the boyfriend protection or some meaninggless agency like that ?

I sometimes get asked that kind of question.
however, please remember they are not earth people.
they are extraterrestrial beings who got the human form through convergent evolution.
you can think they have weird uterus, but there are a lot of creatures what have a unique way of reproduction even in earth.
having a job independently is very rare to a male in that world.
In most cases, adult male who haven't a girlfriend will be a NEET, a wanderer, a college student.
but eventually, most of them will be eaten by girls.
