Looks like our friend here found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time (or maybe the right place). Well, his fate is out of his hands due to being pinned by the crushing weight of this broad's massive belly. How will this poor soul get out of this one? (he doesn't).
Big fan of how this turned out. There's a couple of details here I really love.
