As the days pass, Kaylin's belly gradually diminishes in size until it's the size of a full term pregnancy. Miles is now her sweet little baby, floating comfortably inside her womb. Motherly bliss fills her touches her baby bump, and she can sense that she isn't the only one who is pleased with the new arrangement.

Her womb uses magic to regress him and sustain him, so the cord is not needed.

To each their own. Personally, I prefer umbilical cords because of the intimacy. There's flesh bondage, and her blood flows through his veins, so it's like they're in 1 body.
