Just a silly bit of fun, a "what if" situation.
Or an alt-Bill from an Alt-Dimension?
It's Bill with a 200+ IQ and he teaches VORE Ed at Voreington University.
The students would be in there 19-20+ there, learning about all the different lessons, Vore being a favourite, of course ^^

I sure would go every chance I got. XD I mean if I wasn't already picked off. a voring university has got to be rather lax about the rules and I just don't see myself being enough of a pred to keep others away. in fact quite the opposite.
hopefully it's nothing like saint miluina otherwise I'm a goner Xp

He was from another universe from the multiverse.
That's how I explain the different versions of him lol
There are millions of worlds and millions of him and other OC's by others to.
Plus I think I would have liked to be able to swap out my race at school to lol

T-Bill Normally, the Bloop that evolves into a VBM is a Bloop that was made by two Bloops. It is made when they both give a part of there core and slime.
It's like a new Bloop with parts from there technical parents, it's an adult as soon as it is made and has a 1 in 80 chance to become a VBM once it reaches 100 years in age.
A human converted Bloop can do this to, but that is a 1 in 10.000 chance, very rare.
