Wonder what crazy antics are happen at Troughwater? Wait, all the capture criminals and Lloyd have disappeared!? Looks like this is the job for Todd Hayseed! Unless this is something between the Mayor and Deputy?...

Been wanting to draw these two for a while but had put if off. Glad to finally draw them before they redesign them in the new episodes... I got weird timing...
