This Clio, Plio's sister and an active member of the church of Elina as can be seen by the large backside. She is chaotic, neutral, and hoping to catch a partner who can treat her right (Spend a lot of money on her and treat her like a Queen).
Right now, she has her eyes on El'valen. But he can see right through her and is working on correcting this behavior.

Are those serpentine purple eyes? It looks like she got purple snake eyes.

They are purple, but I do not think they are. Although, that might explain her greedy personality.
