Recalled one day the Heathcliff cartoon VHS with select dubbed episodes, that my grandparents had and used to watch plenty of as a kid, though it didn't include the Catillac Cats segments. I have recently been watching on YouTube and finally got the answer on who the two cats (Riff-Raff and Cleo) were in the opening and the ending credits.
As I was watching the show, Cleo began growing on me, so here she is. Went with a retro 80's cel animated frame style, with "poorly" upscaled and filtered for today's screens.

Heathcliff was waaaay before my time but I remember I used to watch it asa kid. Love how you matched the aesthetics!
