A quick sketch of the Huntress of Knights, from my short story of the same name.
Here she's showing off but a few of her trophies... frozen pearls of semen, the last remnants of those swallowed by her hungry womb and assimilated into her ovaries.
I do hope y'all are enjoying these small sketches I'm doing. I do intend to make some higher quality content at some point, so stay tuned!

They're split into their original components; semen and an ovum. The ovum goes to the Huntress's ovaries to await rebirth as one of her daughters, and the semen (and their soul) is frozen into a sphere.
It can then be used as ingredients for potions and rituals... or it can be used to power one of the Huntress's empty knights.

I see! I don't think I've heard of unbirth like that before. It's a rather sad fate for a soul to be trapped like that for eternity, but at least they have plenty of company as they're waiting for their turn to be used up

Damn, that's a good LILITH Comparison to your modern Uteromancers.
If anything. Might be tempted to see how her visiting/encountering a certain maternal doctor would pan out. If going the Star Wars joke of "I am your ancestor. OBEY!"
... As much as I can't help but want to imagine a scenario where she unbirths the Earth, and regresses "everything" as she becomes some star being...

Does the prey's soul(ego) remain as itself(intact) even after their ovum part is rebirthed?
As I remember, the prey's consciousness was held within the frozen semen side, so I wonder what would happen if their ovum part is rebirthed or deleted by any means?

Yup, everything the prey was in terms of soul/personality is transferred to the semen that made them, leaving the ovum a 'blank slate' as it were.
