Charlie is a laid back carnivorous plant, made with the DNA of dryads and their kin as well as a pitcher plant. Currently held in captivity by the Predator Development Biolabs, or PDBL, Charlie spends his days napping and eating, and not much else. Highly intelligent, but also highly lazy, Charlie uses the hypnotic scent of his breath to lure prey right to him, at which point they take no effort at all to scarf down, already right infront of him and too entranced to fight back.
He's not evil, but he is more than capable of cruelty, if prey tries too hard to fight him... something that won't go well when fighting a bioweapon like him.
