Well, after feral squirrel Casey eaten in a hotdog, I wanted to draw feral bat Juniper scarfed down by an animal again. In this scenario, the dumb little bat swooped too low, near a large lizard with a quick, sticky tongue!

She's shocked and a little scared at first, but as her butt is jammed into the lizard's maw and its jaws clamped down on her cheeks, escaping was clearly impossible. So the little bat gave up, let her wings hang down, and put on a pouty face! She then just lays limp in the mouth scowling, as the reptile pulls her down into its throat, and takes a moment to lick those little bat feet. Then with a gulp, down she goes, to sulk in the stomach below. She'll just have to accept that this is a fitting end, for a dumb little bat that flew too close to a pred!

Hah, I don't get (or don't want to analyze) why, but I love personifying myself as a mischievous but helpless and dimwitted, impish creature like bat Juni (Raisin fits the bill, too). Not sure what that says about me, but whatever works. I'm a bit of a goblin-y person IRL, I suppose. Anyway, the pouty bat snack made for a cute comic, though the next pic coming up has her much larger, getting to enjoy being a pred. That'll be up soon!
