Carson is a down-on-his-luck Pokemon trainer who's picked some fights that he can't easily resolve. His main rival offers a place for he and his team to hide out while the heat dies down.

Loved how willing and warm and happy everyone was in this, I hope Carson and all his Pokemon enjoy their stay with Dean, permanent or not. Maybe if they separate in the future Dean and Carson can be more than just 'rivals'. : )
