A few people wanted to use the mimic, so here it is. Vampire mom not included.

The model is controlled entirely by shape keys, all the throat flexes and everything. Only one texture file, so easy install. You'll want your own lighting though. If you plan to use it in Cycles you'll have to decrease the subsurf substantially.
