Word tends to get around a lot pretty darn fast, especially when it's your friend group.
So it's no suprised that Mizo's friends would eventually learn about the fact that Mizo enjoys being eaten by his friends since he feels calm and at peace in their bellies.
It should come as no suprise that Arin would be the first to get her hands on Mizo, making quick work of her pale skinned friend, feeling him move around in her belly.
Mizo was suprised by this at first, wondering why she decided to randomly swallow him whole, not that he minded it much since he knew she wasn't going to digest him.
After a while of being inside of her belly as he could feel her walking down the streets, suddenly coming to a stop and she smiled and looked at her friend in her belly, it was then that she told him the whole thing.
Turns out Elizabeth had talked to the rest of the group and revealed to the others that he enjoyed being nice and close to his friends, saying that their bellies were very cozy and welcoming.
Arin simply smiled, teasing him on how cute it was for a guy like him to be eaten by his own friends.
Mizo questioned her if the others arleady knew, to which Arin asked him a dumb question with an obvious answer.
To which Arin felt a slight warm sensation come from the spot Mizo' face was, she realized that her question made the man blush by her response, begging her to keep this between their friend group.
Arin giggled, assuring him that they'd keep it between them for his sake.
