So the Final Chapter arrives. Don't worry, there will be an epilogue in a separate post that will come out sometime this next week, to tie up some loose ends.
In this chapter, Nerva and Paul face a few final hardships on their trip to a new life.
Once again, thank you so much for reading, and don't be afraid to comment! I'd love to hear any and all opinions or criticisms!

Very nice, a good conclusion! I was genuinely uncertain how that little fishing expedition was going to end, but it seems like they've figured out how to handle things going forward with Paul reaching the stage of literally feeding her when necessary.

Yeah, i tried to put as much suspense into that scene as possible, so thanks for expressing that!
And like I said, there will be an epilouge to tie up the last few loose ends. Stay tuned for that!

"there's layers to her..." That was super haunting, talking about the stomach in that way
Paul's retroactive moment when he realizes the heinous things he's doing, belatedly, is provocative
Then, the juxtaposition of Paul enjoying the sleekness of her fur, knowing the nutrients come from slain innocents; very much enjoying that
Oh man, I never thought about how a stretched stomach would give prey more purchase, upon which they could inflict damage
I like the small, but vital, animal mannerisms they do, like twining tails <3
LOVE the porcupine scene with the hoodwinked 20s
I enjoy gagging/vomiting scenes. There's not enough of those. It adds another dimension of horror to see the destructive nature of being eaten
Paul whoa. WHOA.

Yeah... wait till the epilouge. But it looks like you already read it haha. Paul gets worse. WAY worse.
The porcupine was just a fun character going about her own business. Dont know if she'll ever be back.
The small animal mannerisms are what makes me write anthro as a whole. I love letting them love a little harder, cry a little harder.
And i figured if anything stretches, its more vulnerable to damage. That must apply to a stomach too right? I'm not 100% sure im not a gastroenterologist, but i figured it's about as such, right?
Especially yes in the entire novel, its written about Paul helping his lady survive, but Essentially you take a look back and have to think about how fucked up what theyre doing really is.

Agree with Nephilim, the 'layers' part was clever wordplay, nicely done and gritty. Sorry it's taking me so long to get to reading these!
What's with the stuff in brackets by the way? Running through an AI checker or just making notes?
It's a nicely gritty, realistic story though, looking forward to reading the epilogue and your other stuff! I usually avoid stories like this that have a lot of realistic law applied to them (the murder thing) to avoid some of these conundrums that Paul and Nerva talk about, but they are fascinating areas to get into when you don't avoid it but just charge forward as you've done here! Wish there were more stories like this!

Don't worry about taking a while to read, I'm taking an even LONGER time to get these out, so it's all up to when youre comfortable and ready to read!
The brackets will be revealed in due time.
But thank you for the realistic setting enjoyment! I definitely prefer that sort of weight that comes with real-life consequences. This is going to sound dorky, but one of my biggest inspirations to this was Undertale. The whole idea of that game was "we kill so much in these fantasy worlds... what if we actually suffered the consequences?" And i tried to apply that to vore. More of my stories have this kind of mentality too.
But yeah! Thanks so much for your enjoyment! It means alot coming from another experienced writer! Thanks!

He brings up a good point tho, that acid is really strong when that little bit of time already did that much damage.

Well, think about it. Her body had been adjusting to eating people for a while, she already completley consumed a mouse and a rabbjt and now she has a gigantic badger and guinea pig to work through. As her body had probably been altered to eat others, the fluids within it have been altered as well.
Soon enough ill release a story that breaks the science of this all down.
