Mizo once told Ouroboros that he's worried that he'll outlive all his other friends since Ouroboros will allow him to live far longer than the rest of them.
After learning about this Ouroboros went out of his way to put them all together in the one place they'd know they could all live happily together for all eternity.
She made quick work of Mizo, consuming him and trapping them in her belly, the man struggled and squirmed, worried for his safety and confused as to why the enity that he had been bonded with for many years suddenly chose to eat him whole.
Ouroboros explained that he was putting him in the one place where he could live forever with his close friends, where he no longer had to fear death, the world or anything else, a total paradise.
Before Mizo could do or say anything, the eldritch monster's belly quickly absorbed him into their body, forever to be sealed away in Ouboros belly.
Now free to roam the land, Ouroboros went and consumed everyone else in Mizo's friend group, one by one they all were consumed, digested and reunited within the muli eyed abominations belly.
Now sporting a large pudgy belly, with Mizo, his friends and his beloved Elizabeth, all in one place forever.
Ouroboros please with himself, having digested, absorbed and put them all in her body forever.
They could feel their souls traversing their being, happy in their new eternal paradise where they could all be together forever, just like Mizo always dreamed of.
But Ouroboros was aware that Mizo had plenty more friends in the Guild and what not, so he'll make sure to devour them both at some point.
