In the Valley, tucked away in the shielding crook of the surrounding mountains, there are two things. First, there's a path that gets adventurers to the Temple quicker. Second, there's dinosaurs. All sorts of dinosaurs.

This one, itself, is the Megaraptor. It's a dangerous enough creature, being a raptor, but there's also the fact that it's about 8 feet tall. Kinda hard to run from a creature like that, you can either fight it off or hope that you can wriggle your way back up its throat. Neither one has amazing chances.
