It looks like he wasn't the smoother talker he thought he was. Now he wouldn't be telling any more lies. Or saying much of anything, at this point. You stared at the large bat woman's fat stomach, unable to keep from thinking about how he was probably thrashing for his life in there, soaking in digestive juices...if there was even enough air in there to keep him conscious. A warm stomach growl percolated up from the thick gut, and the captain's gaze turned over to you as she casually belched out a slime-sodden piece of leather. The flash of steel caught your eye as the first mate stepped forward.

Looks like they weren't as interested in a smooth talker. Hopefully you can find something worth their time...or else, it might be the both of you that disappear tonight.
