It was like his mind was trying to force two conflicting images together, like some optical illusion that couldn't quite come into focus. The woman who lay in front of him was immense, plump, full breasts resting on top of a huge, fat belly, his eyes sliding between thighs thicker than his body to the bald, plump lips, swollen and slick with arousal. Like the nurses, she was not just fat, but huge, and though it was difficult to tell just how tall she was, he felt sure that if she were standing, his eyes would barely reach her stomach.

He twisted in the nurse's grasp, trying desperately to pull away even as he felt his body go slack when his feet pushed between her hot, slick lilps.

"What do you mean- what are you doing? Did- did you do this? To me?"

She only smiled, panted, stared down at his body as it disappeared inside her own. Was slowly engulfed. Was swallowed whole.
