As the voracious vixen devours your companion, their face and paws press against the predator's stomach, visible from the outside. Approaching you with hunger in her eyes, she halts and smirks, then poses a question.

"Say, you look interesting. How about we make a deal?" She gently taps her claws on the top of her belly, causing the trapped one inside to react.

"Hmm, a feisty one."

"How about you lend me a hand with 'taking care of this rambunctious little fellow, and I won't have you end up in the same place?"

Fear overwhelms you as you can only agree to her request.

"Good, I knew you would be understanding."

With that, she puts her arms behind her back and pushes her bloated, shifting gut toward you, and your hands instinctively go to massage the mound.
