TLDR: girl in stomach used to bully tiny girl outside of stomach (calico) relentlessly. Calico couldn't do anything about it before, but now Calico is married to a very powerful beast lady (Violet) who does not take nicely to people who hurt Calico. Violet let Calico choose this girls fate, and since the girl never showed mercy to Calico, she shows no mercy to stomach girl
