I have to look but I don’t think you can. It would be extremely helpful since this site can be a cesspool and you get shown stuff you’re completely not into because it has one tag you searched for.
I don’t want to be rude with this but one problem is that since this post reasonably has what the tags say, there is no warning what so ever that the rest of the comic had rape in it.

Yeah, it really helps a lot when people do so because some artists have the habit of having a thumbnail look pretty normal but when you click on it it goes from 1 to 100
