The only, and I MEAN the one and only Rocko art what inspired me for this idea was Teedraws Rule34 Rocko. It is the first snuff/death art with Rocko and I hope not the last one.
You know it, it contains my trademark, and more dirty and disgust themes in one.

This death defecation is far different from what you know in death fights and quick after deaths.
Rocko create sexual adrenaline with his hotline call, this activate the gastro system in his intestines. The absorbed water from the colon wall is pumped back in the anal canal. This create the "I need to go" feeling.
