I'm surprised no one ever really actually drew Alisa preggers before tho. Is it perhaps because she's a robot...? (Please, people draw 2B from Nier pregnant often. Also I drew Bryan Fury and the male characters from Mega Man X preggers so yeah). Fine. I'll do it myself.
