Just one more gulp~ At this point, the Pikachu can't even really struggle anymore. It's so constricted by that tight bulging muscle all around it, squeezing its plump, wriggly wittle body like a vice. All that poor Pikachu can do now is gasp for air as they slide deeper down into the tight tube with every single careful, controlled swallow~ *Slurp!* >:3c

I'm not sure whether it's lucky or not that this Pikachu got eaten by an Ekans instead of a different predator. On one paw, there's a chance that the Ekans will have to spit up its meal. Most prey don't have that hope, and it's definitely not nothing. There's a chance this Pikachu makes it out of here alive and kicking :3

But regurgitation usually only happens if the Ekans is threatened by something, and if the PIkachu is still... fresh... well, who knows what the Pokemon who threatened the Ekans might do~ And if it doesn't happen quick and that Pikachu has time to "baste" first... well, snake digestion isn't pleasant, and Ekans digestion is unpleasant even by snake standards. Because it's smaller and unevolved, its weaker stomach acids are going to struggle to break down a prey that's almost as big as it is. If that Pikachu doesn't get rescued quickly, they're going to be having an intimate and very ❤extended❤ "bonding" experience with its predator inside that tummy UwU

Of course, that just leaves more time to get rescued. But at a certain point when the stomach acid has started to really get to work and started stripping them and eating away at their skin and muscles, getting roughly vomited back out into the harsh air might not sound like a pleasant experience anymore >:3

Some cute wittle Pikachus might actually prefer at that point to stick around inside that snug, stinging tummy and be good wittle prey and keep on taking their nice hot acid bath <3 - just to get their digestion all done and over with so the pain can stop and everything can end as soon as pawsible X3c

But that's the downside to getting eaten by an Ekans. It just takes ❤so long❤ to end.

As far as the art is concerned, it's a shame that only the tail is visible... >.< If only the fkn artist wasn't lazy about drawing x-ray views and if only there was a theoretical holo version of the card that made the PIkachu visible as it stares down the Ekan's throat to its doom <3

...so yeah, short version I'm slow at drawing saliva and I've had chores to do, so I need maybe one or two more days to finish the holo version that shows more of the PIkachu X3

I really like the idea of having a holo variant of a card that shows a slightly different view. Not an entire separate picture, but the same picture with some details changed, in this case an x-ray shot. But more on that when I finish it and upload <3


This is pawbably not the last Pikachu prey you'll see on here. It's just that their tail is so distinctive that it was an easy choice for what to have sticking out of the mouth X3

I'm not doing these in any particular order, just whatever I'm interested in next. So I have a bunch of cards written out, but I don't know what I'll work on after Ekans is done, it'll be whatever I focus on next. And I do expect these to slow down within the next week or so because I'm going to be very busy soon.
